Join us for the annual CrossFit CHAD Workout, a challenging and meaningful event that tests your mental and physical endurance while honoring our veterans. The workout consists of 1,000 step ups for time, representing perseverance and resilience. Participants can use a weighted ruck or bodyweight;  it’s all about pushing your limits and showing up with purpose.

Bring your friends, your grit, and your community spirit. Let’s climb together for a cause and celebrate strength, sacrifice, and unity!
