Costa Rica Study Abroad Experience Meeting

Join us to learn more about the 2024 Costa Rica Summer Study Abroad program on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 7:15 p.m. in Lindsay Hall Rm. 104.

Students will live with Costa Rican families and take classes Monday-Friday, earning six credit hours of Spanish toward general ed, minor or major. No previous Spanish experience is required. Students will greatly improve their Spanish language proficiency and intercultural competence, both of which are highly desirable skill sets for future jobs or graduate school.

All applications, paperwork, and payment are due on April 1. The cost for four weeks is $2,545 for classes (and materials), lodging, three meals/day, airport transportation, and excursions. Passport and airfare are additional. For more information, email Dr. Teresa R. Phillips.
