Release the Captives is partnering with the Dover Library to host a speaker event with Dena King (United States Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina) and Leslie Cooley Dismukes (Criminal Bureau Chief) coming to speak about human trafficking in North Carolina. They are both heavily involved in the justice system and prosecuting these types of cases.
