The Gardner-Webb University Department of Music is honored to invite the communities of Gardner-Webb, Boiling Springs, and greater Cleveland County to the 2024 celebration of Festival of Lights. We are excited to share selections of Christmas classics arranged by contemporary composers Dan Forrest, Matt Riley, Shawn Kirchner, and Elaine Hagenberg alongside original compositions by Benjamin Britten, Tom Shelton, and Ivo Antognini. Beginning in 2024, admission for the event is $10, $5 of which will go directly to support the Department of Music and $5 of which will be used in Western North Carolina for relief efforts to support those in need impacted by Hurricane Helene.
