Daniel Thomas was elected Mayor in 2021 and Town Commissioner in 2015. Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University and is currently employed at Crest High School. His professional interests focus on improving educational opportunities and providing leadership in the community. In addition, he serves as college pastor for the Broad River Community Church.
Daniel is married to Sarah Thomas and they have three children, Sam, Sydney, and Issac. Daniel's current term on Town Council expires in 2025.
