This year's Senior Pinning Ceremony will be part of our Spring Semester Family Weekend, Sunday, February 23 at 2pm in Tucker Student Center. All traditional undergraduate seniors are invited to participate.
If you are planning to graduate in May, August or December 2025 this is your Senior Pinning Ceremony, so get your tickets in Student Engagement! Space is limited and a limited number of guest tickets are available. Due to limited seating, all in attendance must present their ticket at the door.
Our Senior Pinning Ceremony is a long-standing Gardner-Webb tradition providing a special time for graduating seniors and guests to celebrate and reflect on collegial accomplishments as they look forward to the next season of life. This is a great opportunity for seniors to express gratitude to those who have impacted their college experience. During the ceremony, each senior will be “pinned” with the commemorative GWU senior pin by a guest they choose to honor. This can be a faculty, staff, family member or friend. The ceremony includes faculty and student speakers, entertainment and refreshments. Use the link below to RSVP and indicate your estimated number of guests.
