Join Gardner-Webb University as we honor our nation’s veterans in a special Veterans Day Service.

This annual event commemorates the service and sacrifices of students, alumni, and friends who have answered the call to serve their country.

Featured Speaker: Commander Robert “Navy Bob” Roncska, U.S. Navy (Ret.)
Commander Roncska served 28 years in the U.S. Navy, commanding the fast-attack submarine USS Texas and later leading the largest submarine squadron in the Pacific. He was also hand-selected as Military Aide to President George W. Bush, entrusted with carrying the nation’s nuclear launch codes. After retiring, he applied his Navy leadership principles to healthcare as an executive with AdventHealth, and today he inspires leaders worldwide through his books, speaking, and his organization, Leading with Love.

The Gardner-Webb ROTC will open the service by presenting the colors, setting a respectful and patriotic tone for the observance.
